FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Q: I have a project and would like you to be a part of it, how can I get a hold of you?
A: Please visit the contact link to see my contact details. For urgent issues please use telephone, for everything else I prefer email.
Be aware any unsolicited phone calls my go directly to voicemail. Please leave a message and I will return your call.
Q: I can not access some content on your website, or it's asking me for a password. How can I get access?
A: Some content is restricted to members only as they may belong to someone else and could be copyright. Access is only given to perspective employers, friends and family on an individual basis, please email me to request access.
Q: Do you or would you be available to do work outside of Canada?
A: Yes I can work on projects outside of Canada. Some places may require a work permit or visa which you will need to take care of for me. Also it depends on dates and times as I may already be booked. The earlier I know the better!
Q: Are you able to work on lengthy or extended projects?
A: If the price is right! Depending on the project, I may be required to book time off in advance. All I ask is that you provide at least 2-3 weeks of advance notice.
Q: Do you have your own video/editing/photography equipment?
A: Yes I do have my own gear. For video equipment I have a Panasonic DVX100B 3CCD Camcorder (Broadcast Quality) with two wired (XLR) shotgun microphones. As for editing equipment, I have both Mac and PC based editing. Final Cut Pro/Final Cut Studio on Mac Leopard. Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 on Windows XP. I also have all the graphic and DVD authoring tools to go with that. In terms of photography, I own a Sony A200 10.2 Mega Pixel Digital SLR Camera.
Q: How long before I can get a copy of my project/event on DVD?
A: Times may vary as some projects require extensive editing. Other item could be made available the very same day.
Q: Do you provide RAW Footage?
A: If the project is under my control, yes I can provide any footage Raw or Edited. There maybe a surcharge to obtain original content.
For other projects I do not have control over, you will need to contact the respective media company or copyright holder.
Q: How much does it cost or how much do you charge for production services?
A: Each project varies as allocated time is different from project to project. Any costs are calculated with respect to industry trends and can only be discussed on an individual basis. It has been known that I will volunteer my services for the right cause.
